Glen A. Dodson
Glen is a respected leader in in the technology industry bringing expertise and insight gained through his 30-year record of building and leading organizations that span both the commercial and government sectors. He has been responsible for leading the success of organizations that range in size from $50 million to over $1.1 billion in annual revenue.
Glen currently serves on the boards of The Martin Group, Orchestra AI, and Klas Telecom’s portfolio of companies. Glen believes in developing business strategies that help companies deliver transformational, innovative high yield mission outcomes for their customers.
Prior to his board positions, Glen served as Senior Vice President for Oracle Corporation’s National Security Group. In this role, he was focused on bringing integrated solutions across the entirety of the Department of Defense, U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Homeland Security. During this time, Glen was responsible for representing and advancing Oracle’s commitment to these mission areas including the launching of Oracle’s cloud services to the National Security Market. His responsibilities also included the oversight of all aspects of the National and Homeland Security portfolios including technology deployment, services delivery, business development, integration of acquired companies and sales.
Earlier in Glen’s 30-year Oracle career, he served as Vice President for Oracle’s North America Advanced Technologies Group. In this role, he was responsible for leading the $500 million technology delivery and deployment arm for Oracle’s commercial and public sector customer portfolio.
Glen began his career at the National Security Agency (NSA) as an electrical engineer where he was engaged in the development, design and implementation of numerous communications and collection systems. Following his work at the National Security Agency, Glen joined Booz Allen & Hamilton’s Intelligence Technology Practice working in the area of signals collection and processing. After leaving Booz Allen, he joined Concentric Technologies as a Vice President responsible for strategic product development where he oversaw the development and market launch of a number of secure communications products sold into the commercial and government sectors
